Book Keeping

Using the industry standard Sage Product, we are happy to visit your premises to undertake this task, or alternatively, using our simple “reporting systems”, we can fulfil this task from our offices.
Why Sage?
We have used this product for years now as it produces strong and meaningful reporting modules which provide useful Management Accounts. Additionally, we have found that with the Internet, we can easily send information direct to you or your Accountants. This saves the time and expense of sending year end data-files via hard copy.
Payroll
Using Inland Revenue accredited Iris Software; this allows us to provide a low cost, value for money service taking the burden of this onerous task away from you.
Our Payroll Division provides professionally laser printed payslips which can be sent direct to the employees’ home addresses or to a nominated official within your business. To compliment this, we provide easy-to-read reconciliations for your Accounts.
At Payroll Year end, using our secure mailbox at the Inland Revenue, as standard, we electronically file all returns thereby saving you time and trouble.
Complimenting this, we also provide a full P11D Expenses and Benefits Package which produces high quality reporting allowing us to file all the required Returns at each Tax Year End.
Business Saver
No matter what size of
business, we have found from experience that many clients would
like to keep a tighter rein on Overheads but the harsh reality is
that they are too busy running the business and meeting client
demands.
Frequently opting for the first service provider as a means of
delivering the end product or service on time for the client can
result in high overhead costs which reduces the profitability of
the project.
Due to our experience of the marketplace we know many different
suppliers who will provide equal or better service levels thereby
producing a greater Return on Investment.
With
Business Saver, we offer three services:
Level
1:
We will review
your Overheads by extracting the details from your Accounts Package
and deliver a confidential report on our findings detailing where
you will be able to make cost savings. This report once produced
will provide full costings showing potential savings. You will then
be able to make your own informed judgment based on the facts.
Approximate forensic Level 1 examination will take between one to
two weeks to delivery of report.
Level
2:
To
include Level
1 and
additionally taking your written instructions relating to changes
to Service Providers. Here our delivery timescales are subject to
how fast the suppliers operate but again we have factored this into
our knowledge of the marketplace.
Level
3:
In order to
maintain pressure on Suppliers to provide “value for money
services” it is vital that an Annual Review is undertaken to ensure
that you are receiving the best ROI. We will therefore undertake to
make contact with you annually to assess the current market
position and repeat the above two processes.
